A Section is defined as a distinct activity within a Service. A Service can consist of one or more Sections. For example, a Service call Payments may have 3 multiple Sections: Verification, Cashier, Releasing. This report shows the total tickets served, the average tickets per day, the average waiting time and the average processing time for each Section.
This report shows the complete history for each Queue Ticket Number that was generated. The time when the Ticket was first printed, the time in, time out and duration for each Sections, that the Queue Ticket Number went through are shown. The User Accounts that handled the specific ticket is also shown in this report.
This report shows the queue data based to the Services. A Service is where the printing of each Queue Ticket is mapped. We can measure the total tickets, average tickets per day, the total completed tickets and the average completed tickets for each Service.
