QueueRite Standalone Server Software:

Our standalone software system is PHP 78,000.00 + VAT (US$ 1,500.00). This package includes the following:

  • 1 QueueRite Standalone Server Perpetual License
  • 3 Teller Client Perpetual Licenses
  • 1 connection to POS printer
  • 1 day installation support via remote access
  • 30 days phone and email support

Please note all hardware items are excluded. Our system can use your existing desktop PC’s or laptops, LED TV’s or Monitors, Android POS printer devices and off-the-shelf  POS Thermal Printers.

Teller Client License:

Each additional Teller Client License is PHP 9,500.00 + VAT  We provide volume discounts for our Teller Client Licenses, kindly contact us for your specific needs.

Package Inclusions:

The QueueRite System is a complete queue management system that expedites the entire process for serving customers, regardless of what industry your business belongs to.  The package we offer is inclusive of:

  • Software installation and maintenance

    We will install the QueueRite System Server, and also the client stations, helping you modernize your customer service processes without you having to deal with technical difficulties.

  • Hardware Integration Setup

    We will integrate the QueueRite System to the PC and laptop, the display hardware and the printer hardware that you have.

  • User Training

    We shall conduct a basic hands-on training to help users become well-acquainted with the system they will use.  This personal training will cover the entire queue management system process. This is limited to one session of 2-hours training via phone or screen sharing only.

Hardware Requirements:

The QueueRite System can operate using the following:

  1. Any functional Desktop PC, at least Dual Core
  2. Any regular LCD / LED / TV monitor
  3. Any type of printer, preferably small format off-the-shelf POS thermal printers
